If you knew how simple it is to overcome the problems that the stresses of daily living bring each day, you would be astounded and wonder why no one ever told you before now. That's about to change.

Stress contains a sneaky energy that disrupts our well-being. It hides within the daily chaos of our lives, silently sabotaging our health and happiness. This force can be difficult to pinpoint, but its effects are undeniable. It is resentment.

Resentment quietly undermines our mental, emotional, and physical health. The temptation to become resentful shows up in the stress of daily living. It's present in people, events, politics, business dealings, and even in family matters.

Both the Scripture and science highlight how fatal resentment is. The Bible encourages mankind to forego bitterness, to experience forgiveness by getting free of anger for a perfectly peaceful and healthy life. Mastering resentment is key to this.

Science backs this up too, showing that chronic stress and negative emotions lead to problems like anxiety, depression, heart disease, and a weakened immune system, and eventually an early grave.

But stress itself isn't the real issue. Trying to manage or avoid it is a waste of time. What matters most is how we react to it, or should I say, whether or not we react to it at all.

By meeting stress in a healthy way—mastering resentment and becoming spontaneously forgiving in all situations—we boost our overall well-being and enjoy a more fulfilling life. We actually become stronger and closer to our Creator as the result. Stress met well, results in overall human wellness. You have just got to have resilience to stress!

Things are about to heat up in this country. Like never before seen, in ways that will impact the world. And stress levels are going to accelerate. Will you become stronger... or will you be shocked into submission, and crumble to the pressure?

Unless we are all prepared, there will be mental and physical consequences for each individual. As events unfold, immense pressures arise, compelling a transformation of character and ability. Through a connection with our Creator, each moment met with awareness can be navigated with a clarity and grave that frustrates all wicked influences.

This serves as a testament to resilience and growth to forgiveness and even immunity to dark forces bent on the destruction of good.

Those who know this emerge stronger. There are examples of this phenomenon currently, as wickedness attempts to subvert, even to destroy decent people—individuals and a nation. You should watch in awe as good defeats evil. You will choose your side.

By learning to handle stress properly and embracing forgiveness, we can safeguard our health and thrive in challenging times. It is beyond religion, psychology, and self-help. There is no course you can take for it. No life-coaching, lectures, or Sunday sermons.

There is only your own connection with your Creator, where you see and know precisely what to do in each moment without anyone telling you what to think or what to do. You just know. This is how to survive.

Take this journey. It won't be the path you might expect. It certainly isn't a joyride filled with instant bliss and synthetic happiness. In fact, the read might get a bit bumpy as you uncover truths about yourself you've been skipping over for a long time.

But it's real, it's quick, and it's permanent. Like, forever.
